Monday - Sunday 11:00am - 6:00pm.

*Hours vary when we have evening performances.
*Weekend hours may vary between Memorial Day and Labor Day (see below)
* The ticket office is open through the first intermission of the last show.

Monday- Friday: 11am-6pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
*Hours will be extended on evenings and weekends when we have performances.

The main ticket office at PlayhouseSquare is located in the State Theatre lobby at 1519 Euclid Avenue, and is open for ticket sales to all PlayhouseSquare venues including Kennedy's, The 14th Street Theatre, Westfield Insurance Studio Theatre and our five theaters: the Palace, State, Ohio, Allen, and Hanna. The ticket office accepts these major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

The Ticket Office does not accept checks.

To charge tickets by phone, Monday-Sunday, 7:00 am-9:00 pm: Call 216-241-6000 or toll-free at 1- 866-546-1353.

Cancellation Policy:

Tickets will be returned and refunded for Window, Phone, and Web sales.  Credit card refunds will appear within 5-7 days after the date of cancellation. Patrons who purchased tickets with cash will be issued a check within 2 weeks after the refund has been processed. Only the amount of the tickets will be refunded, handling fees are not subject to refunds. Patrons will be contacted via phone by Ticket Operations to inform them of the canceled show.


Handicapped/Visually Impaired Seating:
To better serve our guests, tickets that require handicapped or visually impaired seating may be purchased by calling our Ticket Office directly at 216.771.8403 or by visiting the Ticket Office located in our State Theater Lobby on Euclid Avenue.

Be sure to ask about companion seating and wheelchair curbside pick-up.

Buy your tickets only from PlayhouseSquare. When you buy from a broker:

  • We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties
  • Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
  • We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance
  • You will always pay more than face value
  • We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, road closures or other information
  • You are supporting businesses that make it hard for true fans to see their favorite performers or shows without paying a premium charge they cannot afford
  • We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to to a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund
