It's not "too good to be true!" This year's summer camp for teens (ages 14-19) at PlayhouseSquare will feature master classes with professionals from the touring company of the smash hit Broadway musical Jersey Boys, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. Study the triple threat of musical theater - acting, singing and dancing. Registration includes a ticket to a performance of Jersey Boys at Playhouse Square, lunch each day, a professional headshot and resume coaching. Advanced camp registration is now closed. You may still enroll in the Broadway Summer Camp.

Be sure to catch the final performance of Cleveland's Youth Poetry Slam Team before they head to Washington D.C. for Brave New Voices. These six talented teens earned the right to represent Cleveland by participating in the Slam U performance poetry program at PlayhouseSquare, competing against other students from across Northeast Ohio. Team members represent Brush High School, Cleveland School of the Arts, Copley High School, Cuyahoga Community College and Shaw High School.
Ballroom Blitz

Learn the basics of waltz, tango, swing and salsa in this one-day series of classes just right for adult beginners and intermediate beginners. Take one hour-long session or all four - it's your choice! Individuals and couples are welcome. This class has been cancelled. Ballroom Blitz will be offered again on Saturday, September 27, 2008.

Dancers and students participating in the master classes will have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for the performance of Paul Taylor Dance Company at Cain Park. Information will be provided at the time of registration.
